Josefina Polo - Director of Communications

Josefina Gregoria Polo, a community leader with a strong background in working with marginalized neighborhoods, brings an authentic perspective and an inclusive approach to the foundation. As Deputy Director of Community Projects and Communications Director of Fundación GRAC, Josefina oversees the implementation of high-impact programs tailored to the specific needs of each community. Additionally, she leads the foundation’s communication efforts, enhancing visibility and effectively connecting the organization with its beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement projects in vulnerable communities, ensuring they address local needs.

• Oversee the foundation’s communications team and lead efforts to promote GRAC’s goals and achievements.

• Build strong relationships with community leaders and facilitate collaboration between the foundation and beneficiary communities.
